How SecureCamp Works

SecureCamp installs as a full-coverage exterior overlay over your tent.

Embedded sensors within the layered fabric are designed to distinguish between deliberate contact — such as interaction from a person or animal — and non-threat movement like wind or falling debris. This reduces unnecessary alerts while remaining responsive when it matters.

When sustained or deliberate exterior contact is detected:

• A loud audible alarm sounds for several seconds

• The alert notifies occupants and helps deter unwanted interaction

• If no further contact occurs, the system automatically rearms and returns to ready mode

SecureCamp remains calm and discrete — until it’s needed.

 

Simple, Intuitive Control

SecureCamp uses a compact control module designed for effortless operation

The module includes:

• A slide switch for quick arm / disarm control

• A dedicated panic button for immediate manual activation

Pressing the panic button activates a continuous audible alarm that remains active until pressed again, giving occupants immediate control without relying on sensor activation.

The control module connects to a universal portable, removable, rechargeable power pack using a standard USB cable, making it easy to recharge or disconnect when not in use.
